Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Villa Park High School Aquatics Booster Club is inviting you to become a part of our school community. We are a non-profit organization, EIN 33-0680747 that supports the interscholastic aquatics programs including boys swimming, girls
swimming, boys water polo, and girls water polo offered at Villa Park High School. Everything our booster club does is to benefit and enrich current and future student athletes. They are our future leaders and the VPHS Aquatics Booster Club intends to make them become the best possible community members.
Our goal is to raise funds which are used directly to pay for items such as team suits, equipment, timing systems, referee and tournament fees, as well as keeping student program costs low. We strive to make constant improvement in everything to benefit our aquatics program. The coaches and students have been very appreciative of our
efforts, and we wish to continue to make the high school a better place for our kids. There is no better way to support our high school student athletes and community than by contributing to the Villa Park High School Aquatics Booster Club. Your company has an opportunity to be associated with our effort in a very positive manner.
We are offering businesses the opportunity to contribute to this goal by becoming a Sponsor of the Villa Park High School Aquatics Booster Club. We host multiple tournaments throughout the year which bring in a variety of people from Southern California, Northern California and some surrounding states such as Oregon, Washington and Texas. We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to recognize organizations that contribute to our teams which are intended to increase your
organization’s visibility in our community.
We happily accept any contributions, and sponsors will receive acknowledgment of their generosity and concern for the future of our community. You will also receive a donation letter acknowledging your contribution for tax purposes.

- Black & Blue Sponsor includes: 6’ x 4’ banner featuring your organization’s name and listing on our website - $650 for one year or $1,050 for two years
- Silver Sponsor includes: 6’ x 4’ banner featuring your organization’s name, listing on our website with a direct link to your organization, your company name on printed wristbands for patrons of paid entry for tournaments and swim meets to wear for in and out privilege - $1,000 for one year or $1,800 for two years
- Sparty Sponsor includes: 6’ x 4’ banner featuring your organization’s name, listing on our website with a direct link to your organization, your organization name printed on wristbands for patrons of paid entry for tournaments and swim meets for in and out privileges during events, your company name printed on programs for boys water polo, girls water polo and swimming banquets, and company flyers in student athlete registration packets- $1,500 for one year or $2,400 for two years.
